The Honorary Consulate of Lesotho in Vienna provides local consular assistance for Lesotho nationals in Austria. The Honorary Consul is Mag. Roderich Urschler, in post since 2008. The consulate does not have authentication, passport, or visa authority. Lesotho — a small, mountainous kingdom entirely surrounded by South Africa — does not maintain a resident embassy in Austria.
